Summary:
Communicate and dispose production on hold lots between engineering group and production group to ensure both the quality and delivery targets. Cycle-counting WIP lots to meet the company finance group target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. On Hold Lot Management to ensure lot cycle time and no any delay;
负责暂停批次管理，确保批次周期时间和无延误；
2. Released Lot Management to ensure lot cycle time and no any delay;
负责工程师已处理批次的管理，确保批次周期时间和无延误；
3. Deal with urgent hold/released Lot to meet shipment target;
配合完成紧急批次的处理，确保达成出货要求；
4. Expedite the held lots
督促工程师处理紧急批次；
5. Over-due Lot Management for counting;
逾期批次管理以及盘点；
6. Annual Cycle Count to meet finance requirements;
年度周期盘点，以满足财务要求；
7. Other work assigned by supervisors and managers.
主管、经理交办的其他工作。
REQUIREMENTS:
1 High school or Vocational Secondary School graduation; 高中或中专毕业
2 Good study, communication and problem solving skills;良好的学习，沟通能力及问题解决能力
