Job Responsibilities
Make a real impact to the most important area of sales, repeat business, by keeping our existing clients ashappy and engaged as possible.
You will be expected to:
61 Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients;
61 Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and LabTesting;
61 Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow up);
61 Explain and help clients to book on QIMA's online platform;
61 Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients;
61 Follow any specific matter under the supervision of the Client Service Manager/ Senior Client Service
Manager;
61 Respect and apply company rules and policies.
Your profile
It could be you if you have:
61 A university degree
61 Some work experience in a similar position (at least 1 year)
61 Good command of English
It also helps if you have:
61 Some knowledge of / experience with the in our industry (3rd party Inspection Company/ Lab or related
industry such as buying office, logistics etc)
61 A knack for organization and time management
61 A positive attitude
