Professionally handle C&B and ELC work in accordance with government laws and company regulations.

Principal Accountabilities )/ 主要职责:
1. Accurately and timely handle payroll tasks and C&B projects in an international working environment; ensure all work is consistent with government laws and company regulations.
在国际化的工作环境下准确、及时地处理薪酬福利工作并确保所有工作符合国家法规和公司制度;
2. Handle assigned Employee Life Cycle tasks and documents.
处理员工职业生命周期相关工作以及文件;
3. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. (5%)
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。
4. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级布置的其他任务。
Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, major in English is preferred. 本科及以上学历,英语专业优先;
2. Has at least more than one year of relevant work experience. 有一年以上相关工作经验;
3. Good at MS Office and have basic data analysis skills 熟练使用MS Office、拥有基础数据分析技能与经验;
4. Proficient in both spoken and written English.能够流利运用英语进行口语和书面沟通;
5. Characterized by affability, proactivity, and a focus on efficiency and planning. Good at teamwork and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in daily work.
