1）Integrated circuitry test programs and hardware development, supplier and in-house test set up;
2）Production test capacity expansion and abnormal lot disposition;
Electrical yield and test efficiency improvement;
3）ATE product characterization;
4）Other engineering test support including product qualification, customer returned devices analysis and design debug, etc
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above in electronics/electrical/automation engineering
2) Basic knowledge on analog/digital circuitry principle and test methodology, test circuitry and H/W design;
3) C++ programming and Microsoft Office;
4) IC analytical capability and problem solving mind;
5) Good project management capability and communication skills including English capability;
6) Experiences on test development, IC test process and yield analysis/improvement are preferred.
