岗位职责:
1、负责制作报价单,处理客户订单和合同,与销售部、生产部保持良好沟通,满足客户订单的相关需求。
Responsible for making quotation, processing customer orders and contracts, coordinate with sales team, production dept. to meet customers’ requirements.
2、负责客户订单在SAP系统中的输入,输送出库单到仓库,确保货物顺利出库。
Responsible for the input of customer orders in the SAP system, and transport the outbound order to the warehouse to ensure the smooth delivery of the goods
3、客户主数据的创建及更改。
Creation and modification of customer master data.
4、确保发票及时送达给客户;
Daily invoice sending, ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
5、 客服主管安排的其它工作。
Execute and complete other tasks designate by superior.
6、执行部门直接相关的HSE职责。
Execute departmental HSE responsibility
任职要求:
1、有客户服务工作经验,有外企工作经验者更佳。
Working experience in Customer Service related, preferably in MNC.
2、有良好的客户服务意识,普通话流利;
Good customer service orientation, Fluent Mandarin.
3、工作主动负责,认真仔细;
Work initiative, responsible, serious and careful;
4、能熟练运用办公软件(word, excel.SAP等);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, SAP),
5、责任心强,做事细心,良好的团队合作精神; Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and patiently, good teamwork player.
6、有2年以上供应链工作经验者优先。
More than 2 years working experience in supply chain is preferred.
