岗位职责:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
83 Accounting administration:
Processing claims and office cost booking, invoice handling, through paper and system according to process
83 Administration of mails/parcels
83 Administration of office supply and manage the office supply:
Stationary, equipment, refreshment, fika
83 Visit management:
Issuing invitation letters, setting visit agenda, coordinating hotel and transportation, meals and distribute visit schedules.
83 Expatriates support:
Housing, rental car, school, visa
83 Assisting travel booking for the team
83 Coordination of team-building activities
83 Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
83 Co work with SCANIA Manufacture China on different functions to support Suzhou organization (Finance, HR, Mobility, IT, purchasing/legal etc.)
83 Other assignment from manager such as specific data collection and report making
岗位要求:
83 本科及以上学历,文秘、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
83 1-2年相关工作经验,应届毕业生如有实习经验也可考虑1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment. Fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
83 Strong written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
83 Good initiative, willing to learn, strong understanding and communication skill
