Responsibility：
1.Make & modify Mimic/CAD and drawings as per inputs from project.
2.Create & modify sales order and shipment in ERP.
3.Create document profile and upload file in ProArc.
4.Project creation in ERP and CRM website, including create item expense, hour forecast, other expense, and export project report for project manager.
5.Start production internal, create and transfer shipment and production workflow according to shipping instruction.
6.Communicate with classification society for drawing approval and FAT application.
7.Project handover to GCS. Register vessel delivery information and warranty terms in ERP and CRM website.
8.Good at Power BI tools. Import database and analyze data from different platform and export requested report independently.
9.Provide necessary support for team.
Competence：
1. Electrical and Automation related majors are preferred.
2. Good communication, both oral and written in English.
3. Skill at using Microsoft Apps.
