职位描述:
You are one of the UX core team of Bosch Global Business Services and you will be working with international team from China, Germany, Hungry, Brazil and more. The goal is to provide a five star user experience for customer by enabling service mindset and successful projects.
Project support:
Support UX and service design projects with conceptualizing customer journey map, persona, storyboard which help illustrate the problem.
Work closely with UX expert and project management to define workflows and convert them into concrete screen flows, wireframes, and polished visual design quickly and rapidly iterate to finalize the design.
Support user interview and testing with preparing drafts and materials needed.
Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful software user interfaces and experiences in a team environment.
Event support Responsible for material preparation using graphic design skills for supporting events, such as poster, banner, postcards and so on.
Participate in brainstorm and collaborative activities and deliver visual related outcome in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master degree is preferred.
Education in interaction design, human factors, Graphic, Visual Design or related fields
Good understanding of user-centered design approaches and practice
Digital application or service design experience
A strong visual design portfolio showing conceptual thinking and detailed execution
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
SKILL NEEDED:
Software: Figma, Mural, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft office.
Good at English reading and writing, fluent English speaking is a plus.
Skills in Adobe Premium and/or After effects to create videos is a plus.
Knowledge of iOS/Android design standards is a plus.
Information visualization design, ability to use PPT to support output report and excel data
