工作职责：
1. 在公司AI平台为检验团队准备好相关文件；
2. 跟进海外客户的检验订单进程；
3. 跟进检验员/审核员的检验/审核报告；
4. 审核检验报告并通过AI平台将报告发送给海外客户；
5. 通过邮件跟进海外客户的反馈；
6. 协助检验团队进行改进；
7. 服从主管分配的工作；

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 有第三方检验公司/质量控制领域经验者优先；
3. 责任心强、富有团队合作精神；
4. 解决问题的强大能力；
5. 快速学习能力，强大的工作压力承受能力和情绪控制力；
6. 良好的客户服务意识，以客户为中心；
7. 良好的打字能力；
8. 良好的英语能力，英语口语流利；
Job Responsibility:
1.Prepare the Documents for inspector team in AI platform;
2.Follow up the inspection process of overseas customers;
3.Follow up the daily inspection / audit reports from inspector / auditor;
4.Review inspector’s reports and delivery the report to overseas customer by AI platform;
5.Follow up overseas customer’s feedback by email;
6.Assist the inspector team to make improvement;
7.Follow the task assign by supervisor;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience in the third-party inspection company / quality control field is strongly preferred;
3. Good responsibility, team player
4. Problem solving
5. Learn fast, can work under pressure and emotion control
6. Customer service and politeness, customer focused
7. Good typing skills
8. Good command of English, fluent speaking English
薪资构成：
基本工资+提成+补贴+每年奖金
