Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, and WeChat Mini Program).
- Monitor and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and special offers.
2. Content Management:
- Support the creation and updating of product content, including writing and editing product descriptions, and coordinating with the design team for visual assets.
- Help in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and special events on the e-commerce platforms.
3. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
4. Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with the team.
5. Other Duties:
- Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, IT) to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the e-commerce manager.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury retail industry and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, WeChat Mini Program) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
