YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Major Tasks Based on experience in retail business management, retail pharmacy store visits, and store representative management, as well as an understanding of the sources and driving forces of retail business, brand strategy, and channel investment strategy, transform, design, implement, and coordinate the project strategy and execution of third-party store representatives nationwide, including store screening, visit process design and KPI, market activity implementation and KPI, clarifying the positioning, responsibilities, and tasks of store representatives KPI、 Communication management mechanism, bonus assessment mechanism, and execution and tracking feedback, as well as continuous optimization and upgrading of store visits.
Effective communication across departments, teams, and companies: Communicate efficiently with third-party companies, local sales teams, retail operations teams, IT, SFE, and other cross departmental teams to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Continuously optimize and upgrade the coverage mode of retail stores to maximize store yield and input-output ratio.
WHO YOU ARE
More than 1.5 years of market or sales experience in retail pharmacy channels of large pharmaceutical companies
Have over 3 years of sales experience in retail pharmacies and over 1 year of experience in frontline team management
Possess strong communication skills, logical ability, stress resistance, execution ability, etc.
