Key Responsibilities：
1.Set-up and improve Electric PM Strategy.
2.Develop predicative methods to improve Electric equipment reliability
3.Improve technical capability of PM pillar.
4. technical support of factory Electric equipment puzzle solving
5. Implement MWC engineering standard.to factory.
6.Popularize other factory’s BP in ShangHai factory.
7.Assist in the accomplishment of related AHC improvement projects.
8.As the factory and regional & global Engineering electrical technology communication window
9. Be a lecturer of process subject, provide technical training.
10. Make sure all the works match MWC safety and quality requirements.
Job Qualifications：
1.Bachelor and above preferred，Electrical & Automatic control major
2.Fluency English,≥5 years of engineering experience in Electric control equipment
3.Familiar with PLC control, servo control, Data base, robot ,network safety, extruding Electric control equipment principles
4.Basic knowledge of Electric principles Familiar with Siemens Software , Elau software, Iconics software and hardware
