- Monthly manage and analyze demand planning.
- Apply analysis tool and market information to support business deploy 24-month demand plan.
- Communicate effectively cross function among SNO, BU, Finance, to deploy realistic forecast.
- Monthly manage and control Pre-IBP process.
- Implement the requirements of quality management system, and ensure the products planning are performed according to the related regulations and Merck Biopharma global standards.
- Check the qualification of supplier, the compliance of product to be purchased, and the qualification of salesman of supplier, ensure to purchase products from the legal supplier.
- Implement the related requirement of ***-time supplier and initial handled products.
- Communicate effectively cross function among SNO, BU, Finance, to deploy realistic forecast.
- Short-term/long-term supply communication with supplier, ensure no supply gap on local.
- Join IBP meeting & external S&OP meeting, provide the data with required.
- For RA variations, preparing stock buildup plan to ensure no stock out risk and no RSL risk.
- Responsible for the PO operation in SAP and follow up.
- Create and maintain products and supplier qualification documents in GTS.
