岗位职责
1、在供应商现场监控、评估和持续改进产品质量和供应商绩效的过程；
2、在生产现场进行监控和观察，以确保产品的制造过程符合预定的质量标准和其他要求；
3、在产品发货前按照AQL标准进行的质量检验；
4、德国总部（HQ）与供应商之间的沟通。
任职资格
1、电气工程、机械工程或质量工程的本科及以上学历，无需工作经验；
2、具备英语技能；
3、须接受出差任务（包括浙江省以外地区）；
4、须具备独立工作能力；
5、诚实可靠。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor, assess, and continuously improve product quality and supplier performance at supplier sites.
2. Monitor and observe production processes on-site to ensure adherence to quality standards, and other requirements.
3. Conduct quality inspections prior to product shipment according to AQL standards.
4. Communication between the German headquarters (HQ) and suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Quality Engineering. No work experience is required.
2. Intermediate English proficiency is necessary.
3. Willingness to undertake travel assignments (including areas outside Zhejiang province).
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Honest and dependable.
