工作内容:
1、熟悉外贸流程,通过邮件沟通的形式去跟进国外客户,了解客户需求,提高合作率;负责外贸商务、跟单及各类客户合同对接确认;
2、新项目报价、新订单交付确定,对接及跟进;维护好现有客户进行有效沟通,促使多下订单。
3、对接外贸客户日常对于项目进度的疑问或安排;
4、跟进每单货物的生产进度及物流进展,跟进货款到账,保障订单顺利交货完结订单。
5、客户跟进转化等。
岗位职责:
1.诚实,稳重,具有上进心及良好的团队合作精神及外部沟能协调能力
2.大专以上学历,英语可用于工作语言,刚毕业与有相关工作者均可,英语专业及有外贸工作经历者优先考虑,能读懂英文文件及简单的英文口语交流,
3.工作细心,能与各个环节做好沟通,及时,正确地回复相关邮件,
4.有一定的工作抗压能力
5.熟悉办公室电脑工作软件
