Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties of the Operations PMO is to measure, control, implement actions to ensure the performance and resource management, in the Operations department and satellite in APAC.
Department objectives and roadmap
Develop Operations Road map with sub-Departments, focusing on Company orientations and objectives. Follow actions/budget and report progress as per agreed Project charters. Identify issues and concerns, seek and discuss ideas, explore needed resources/support, being the catalyst for getting things done.
Follow and report progress of the global and local roadmaps; Identify issues and concerns, seek and discuss ideas, explore needed resources/support, being the catalyst for getting things done.
Elaborate the common objectives of the department, develop calculation templates for the variable part, assure regular progress report and train & share.
Qualifications:
Creative, analytical, like to manage high quantity of data, challenge the status quo
In full autonomous management, focus to deliver the right solution
High skill in English writing and speaking, can do attitude and result orientation on difficult topics, contribute and support Operations team.
Capacity to produce executive documents
Experience in databases use and configuration and a plus on MS Access
Capability to drive his/her projects in collaborative environment
Leadership of influence
Ensure the objectives and roadmaps are well understood, communicated and applied within the sub-departments and groups.
