Job Description:
您将从事小分子新药的分析及分离工作;以通过分析仪器设备进行检测、从事分析方法开发、验证和分离纯化等工作为主;同时参与小分子药物的创新纯化平台的搭建和优化、杂质分析和鉴定等工作;有机会接触到现有的先进的技术平台,引领药物发现新趋势;有机会和跨国药企药化专家面对面交流学习。
You will be engaged in the analysis and separation of small-molecule drugs, primarily focusing on testing by using analytical instruments, method development, validation, separation, and purification. Simultaneously participate in the construction and optimization of innovative purification platforms for small molecule drugs, as well as impurity analysis and identification work. This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms and lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.
工作职责
Job Responsibilities:
1. 运用各种分离技术如Prep-HPLC为Medicinal Chemistry,Synthetic Chemistry,Library 提供的混合物进行纯化; Purify crude samples from Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Library using various purification techniques such as Prep-HPLC.
2. 运用HPLC或SFC等方法提供专业快速的手性分析和手性分离服务; Provide professional and rapid chiral analysis and separation services using techniques such as HPLC or SFC.
3. 运用各种分析方法(如HPLC,UPLC,LC-MS,GC,GC-MS,IC,ICP-MS,HR-MS 等)为 Medicinal Chemistry ,Synthetic Chemistry 和 Discovery Process Chemistry 提供客观准确和及时有效的分析数据; Utilize various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc., to provide objective, accurate, and timely analysis data for Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Discovery Process Chemistry.
4. 利用常用结构鉴定手段(IR, HR-MS, NMR等),能够对目标产品和杂质进行结构解析和鉴定; Be capable of conducting structural analysis and identification of the target product and impurities using commonly used structural identification methods (IR, HR-MS, NMR, etc.).
5. 了解仪器的基本维修,定期进行仪器维护,排除小故障; Understand basic instrument maintenance, perform regular instrument maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting for minor issues.
6. 能够根据公司要求,及时总结工作,完成实验研究报告; Conduct and complete experimental research reports in a timely manner according to company requirements.
任职要求
Job Requirements:
1. 分析化学、药学或相关专业博士学历,具备良好的分析化学、有机化学基础,CET-6;Possess a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and organic chemistry, CET-6.
2. 熟练使用Prep-HPLC,Flash,LCMS等仪器; Demonstrate proficiency in operating instruments such as Prep-HPLC, Flash, LCMS, and other relevant equipment.
3. 熟悉常用结构鉴定手段如IR, HR-MS, NMR等; Be familiar with commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, NMR, etc.
4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神; Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to effectively interact with colleagues and contribute to a team environment.
5. 具有良好的英文基础; Have good English skills to support effective communication and presentation of scientific information.
6. 遵守相应的安全规定及制度; Adhere to relevant safety regulations and protocols in order to maintain a safe working environment.
7. 能适应快速的工作节奏,能够承受较强的工作压力。 Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work under high pressure.
