Helpdesk 团队的技能要求:
(1)Technical Skills:
Ready to work in a 24X7 environment
Windows OS experience
System Admin or related experience in a distributed client server environment
Experience working with support ticketing and tracking systems
Familiar with ITIL processes and concepts
Familiar with various hardware platforms
Experience with Azure Cloud and M365 products
Experience with Exchange, Exchange online, Intune
Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills for dealing with and resolving incidents
(2)Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, preferably customer service experience
Fluent in English and Chinese both in written and verbal.
Able to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot problems
Experience interacting with end users and communicating in a way that they understand
Able to work well in a team
Able to operate with minimal supervision
Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule calls
Able to maintain professional demeanour under stressful situations.
Able to provide updates to management, including current status and next steps in the form of email communications, etc.
