1. Daily statistical process control (spc)/ each order *** piece & last piece checking / finish parts checking, furnace temperature regular recording, and process track bin print & release to production.

2. Daily NG parts confirmation, recording and Share documents. Finished goods checking, Shipping package products inspection, complete finial quality inspection form and double checked by line supervisor.
每日生产不良品确认，记录，分发。生产入库单的产品确认。出货检验，终检报告完成且存档并提交给直线主管.
3. Incoming raw material inspections, including but not limited foam sheet / SUN901 glue/ ZAXXX tape/Cladding tapes.
进料检验，包括但不限于： 板材 / SUN901胶水 / ZAXXX 胶带 / 铝箔胶带等。
4. Inspection tools controlled and planed calibration, quality machine preventive maintenance and planed calibration.
检具的控制和定期检验，质量机器的预防维护和定期检验。
5. Conduct Headquarter & Customers special quality inspection requirements, double confirm for delivery SO, recording properly and submit to line supervisor.
完成总部以及客户关于质量方面的特殊要求，二次确认发货物品，做好记录并提交给直线主管。
6. Quality documents controlled. Support line supervisor with ISO documents controlled and upload to share point. Weekly, monthly & yearly quality reports basic data input.
质量文件的管理, 协助直线领导关于ISO 文件的受控和系统上传。质量周、月、年度报告基础数据的维护。
7. Complete other job assigned by team leader; and line managers
完成管理层分配的其他工作；
