Primary Purpose
As part of the Sales Team, the position is responsible for the full P/O-to-payment process for Chinese
customers
Scope and team
The incumbent is part of a Customer Service team supporting sales of alumina products in China,
manufactured by Alteo in France or its Asian workshops (Korea, ***).
Missions and expected results
74 Sales Management:
- Processes orders from Chinese customers
- Follows up deliveries to customers
- Places orders to French / Korea / *** factory for local stock replenishment
- Arranges import and customs clearance of product to China
- Follow up of local inventory
- Follow up of customer payments
- Back office support to China sales managers
74 Reporting:
- Ensures accuracy of the inventory replenishment forecast to support the planning process
74 Administrative support:
- Depending on company needs the incumbent may assist administrative tasks as well as
payments to suppliers and vendors
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc., with certain data analysis skills.
3.Have a certain level of computer basic knowledge
4. Excellent customer service skills and attitude, good communication and coordination skills, those with
customer service or sales experience are preferred
5. Strong service awareness, strong ability to handle pressure, responsible in work, with strong learning and
problem-solving skills.
6. Able to get along harmoniously with colleagues and customers
Other information:
Language requirement: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, CET6 or above
Age/Gender: 25-35 years old, physically healthy, with positive values and good character
