1. Support Brand Lead to develop LUX engagement strategies based on deep understanding of Chinese young *** consumers hair W&C needs, passion points, media consumption habits, market landscape and competitors movement, incorporating LUX guidelines & plans.
2. Support Brand Lead to develop LUX content plan, lead to create various engagement content with not only paid/owned media needs but also earned-media ideas, and drive content landing for omni-touch points with great excellence
3. Co-work with Media/FIN team and media agency to develop brand content/media investment plan, driving media sufficiency & efficiency
4. Co-work with BD team to develop social plan & investment model for NPDs, support on NPD successful launch
5. Co-work with experience & CSP team on D4C media exposure/PR communication needs for top customer activations
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree above At least 3 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred (Relevant means solid brand development/social media management experience) ;
2. Good fashion/art taste, with consumer love & passion for content creation/development Bias for action;
3. Result driven; adaptable with high efficiency, and strong growth mindset
4. Fluent in Written and Spoken English
