Responsibilities:
61 Provide branding awards related support and help to consolidate the eligibility criteria and prepare relevant materials.
61 Help to conduct phone interviews when CVs are received and then send the online test.
61 Help to coordinate the interviews, including booking time and venue.
61 Support the campus road show, including onsite support-materials preparation, onsite coordination and consolidate CVs being collected.
61 Help to track the status of candidates after offer acceptance.
61 Organize staff Pfile, and checking if every required document is signed and well-stored in Pfile.
61 Assist in intern onboarding, and monthly attendance collecting.
Requirement
61 Current senior students of undergraduate or post graduate school, HR major is a plus.
61 Know basic Outlook, Excel and PPT.
61 Proved analytics skill will be a plus.
61 Good speaking and written English
61 Strong communication skills.
61 Attention to details and have a strong sense of ownership.
61 Proactive, willing to take initiative to drive things.
