Job Summary
85 To provide high quality interior and exterior lighting and related parts design, and ensure the implementation of the results, to meet the needs of the project customers and the company demo results.
85 Responsible for communicating with the OEM lighting designers and engineers, maintaining long-term cooperative relationship, and guiding the customer to make the optimal decision on lighting design, especially to provide harmonious, creative and innovative interior lighting concepts and proposals.
85 Work with lighting suppliers and engineering teams to ensure lighting effects and final prototype with design definitions.
Main Responsibilities
1. According to the requirements of the production PLUS system and the customer's product development process, conduct product development on time and with good quality.
2. According to the company's internal and OEM client requirements, provide lighting design of creative and professional solutions.
3. Develop and apply new ideas, ambient, animations, colors, patterns, and lighting design schemes/themes.
4. Summarize and analyze lighting design trends; share and present them to the team and customers.
5. Understand the most cutting-edge automotive lighting solutions in the industry.
6. Responsible for communicating with the OEM lighting designers and engineers, maintaining long-term cooperative relationship, and guiding the customer to make the optimal decision in automotive lighting design.
7. Work with lighting suppliers and engineering teams to ensure lighting effects and final prototype with design definitions.
8. Provides ideas of lighting effects, ambient, and provides creative lighting concepts and solutions to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
9. Good communication and language skills, able to communicate and cooperate with global colleagues and customers.
10. Work ability to meet client specific requirements.
11. Take charge of BOS files related to the company and IATF16949 OHSAS18000 / ISO14000 standards of management responsibility，Ensure the effective operation of BOS file, and constantly improve the BOS file in the department of the relevant procedures and applications.（Applicable to all positions）
Education Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in industrial design\ Art\ Communication design\ Major in lighting art preferred
Work Experience
85 At least one-year automotive interior and exterior lighting design related working experience.
85 Familiar with the manufacturing process of automotive lighting solutions.
85 Proficient in using design software, including but not limited to Illustrator/After Effect /Photoshop/Autodesk Vred /Lighting studio/ SPEOS/ UE/ Grosshopper, Excellent written and oral communication skills in Both Chinese and English
