岗位职责
岗位职责：
1、 组织落实项目策划方案和项目运营方案；
2、帮助领导统筹和管理公司的整体运作，组织落实各项工作计划；
3、跨部门协调。跟踪落实项目进度及交办事项
4、完成领导临时交办的各项事宜
5、参与业务交流，跟踪后续事项
6、负责部分部门业务推行
任职资格
任职资格:
1、 本科及以上学历，支持优秀的应届生
2、有新媒体运营经验优先，小红书、抖音等；
2、有全局意识，良好的应变能力和抗压能力
3、善于沟通与协调，能够与其他同事领导进行良好的互动，善于整合各方面资源；
4、能熟练运用各类办公软件，具备高效的文件处理能力
5、能够适应经常出差、商务接待性质的工作
6、不怕跟陌生人交流
