Job Responsibilities:
61 Co work with Brand Develop team, support brand manager in product launch strategy & product portfolio management, including product positioning, TA analysis, channel strategies and Go to Market plan
61 Support Brand manager to develop brand/product campaign strategies based on deep understanding of young consumers needs, passion points, media consumption habits, market landscape and competitors’ movement, incorporating brand guidelines & plans.
61 Co work with Trade/Sales team to guarantee the deployment of Channel activation campaign and deployment

1. Bachelor’s degree above
2. At least 3 years relevant marketing experience , FMCG preferred
3. Solid Project Management experience.
4. Fluent in Written and Spoken English
5. Bias for action attitude; and strong growth mindset
