工作职责:
83 Analyze campaign data, develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization.
83 Mentoring and training junior members of performance media.
83 Hands-on operation and optimization on programmatic campaigns across key media platform, such as Baidu, Douyin, Red, Tencent, Ali, JD and so on
83 Be involved in performance media planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:
83 Bachelors or higher degree.
83 Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/programmatic industry.
83 1-2 years professional experience in performance media optimization, digital media or online advertising. Had worked with Baidu, Douyin, Red, Tencent, Ali, JD and so on .
83 Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
83 Comfortable with numbers; Good understanding of maths (ideally statistics).
83 Fluency in speaking and writing English.
83 Positive attitude, a good working ethic and can be thrives on challenges.
