Role Description
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) plays a vital role in supporting the Candidate Experience (Talent Acquisition) team in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with recruiters, the RC will manage recruiting activities, coordinate candidate experiences, and provide operational and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills, thriving in a dynamic setting that fosters excellence and growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Requisition & Candidate Management
- Post job requisitions on external job boards and update requisition statuses.
- Arrange interviews, including video and panel interviews.
- Collect candidate information and coordinate related assessments.
2. Pre-employment & Onboarding Support
- Guide candidates through the application process in Workday.
- Prepare offer details and offer letters.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background verification.
- Address candidate inquiries about the pre-boarding process.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Review, finalize, and manage service contracts with vendors.
- Set up new vendors and process purchase orders in Ariba.
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing.
4. Recruiter & Administrative Support
- Generate Workday reports for recruiters and the Candidate Experience (CX) team.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including document management, meeting coordination, and office supply handling.
- Actively participate in recruitment projects to enhance productivity and employer branding.
5. Campus Recruitment & Event Coordination
- Support on-site and virtual campus recruitment activities.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related events.
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience; fresh graduates with learning agility will also be considered.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Fluency in English (required), as the role supports markets outside China.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across all levels of management.
· High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-initiative.
· Ability to work effectively in a team and share responsibilities.
