Overall Purpose of Job:
Receiving customer Purchase Order and confirming to the customer about delivery date, arranging delivery on due date; maintaining the system according to PO and delivery; Communicating to customer whenever there will be a delivery delay.
Major Responsibilities:
1. To check whether a new PO is covered by the forecast, if not, to check with material planner about material situation, and then confirm to the customer about delivery date.
2. To make delivery plan according to PO requested date and also according to the actual production request of the customer; issuing the plan to Production Plan engineer and the warehouse, so that to arrange the production and delivery
3. To maintain the system according to PO and delivery situation
4. To communicate with the customer in advance if the delivery cannot be as scheduled, and to confirm to customer about an updated delivery date
5. To analyze the cause of delivery delay , and make relative improvement
6. To calculate monthly turnover according to sales trend, and to calculate forecast turnover according to customer’s forecast
7. Other assignment by supervisor or manager.
Education and Experience:
1. College degree or above in Business Management, Trading, or Import/Export.
2. At least 2 years related working experience in foreign company and good knowledge on import and export preferred.
Key Competencies:
1. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
2. High sense of responsibility, sufficient patience and quick response.
3. Good teamwork and be able to work independently.
4. Good computer skill, able to use SAP is a plus.
