Tasks:
61 Make analysis and decision on technical issues;对各项技术问题进行分析及判断；
61 Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome;

61 Provide Instruction to test engineers on how to perform the tests;

61 Provide supports to certification when needed;

61 Communicate with client about test result or technical issues or job status;

61 Provide support to the Market Segment personnel by making workload calculation on specific projects;

61 Provide supports to the Mark Segment personnel in promoting testing services or account developments.

Qualifications:
61 Technical/standard knowledge, Have successful related experience or equivalent.
具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，具备成功的相关经验。
61 Bachelor Degree holder related subjects.
相关专业本科学历。
61 Project management skills;具有项目管理技巧；
61 Qualification on his/her responsible area.
负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。
61 Good in oral and written English良好的英语读写能力
61 Communication and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
