Day to Day Responsibilities:
Sales order execution and follow up.
Process customer’s complaint and follow-up actions.
Deal with customer’s inquiry regarding delivery, pricing, product and inventory.
Coordinate with customer and financial on AR collection, credit application, etc.
Optimize for process improvement.
Maintain all kinds of sales reports as per request.
Support communication and handling of sample request.
Support marketing promotion program if any.
Other duties assigned by the team.
Education and working experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Open to new graduates.
1+ year of customer service related experience, high commercial sense.
