Position Description:
We are seeking Sales Engineers to join our team in the United States and Europe. This role involves technical sales, market development, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about biotechnology and ready to take on the challenge of driving our business forward in the U.S. and EU market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Expand market share and drive business growth in the U.S. and EU.
83 Provide technical support and sales of Cyagen’s products and services.
83 Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
83 Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
83 Conduct regular follow-ups and gather feedback to improve services and products.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry dynamics in the U.S. and EU.
83 Collect and analyze market data to support decision-making.
83 Participate in the development of marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market influence.
Team Collaboration & Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
83 Participate in the launch of new products, including market promotion and customer training.
83 Complete other tasks assigned by the company and sales department to ensure efficient execution.
Requirements:
83 Education: Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
83 Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or technical support roles within the biotechnology industry. Exceptional Ph.D. graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Location: Must be willing to relocate and work long-term in the U.S. and EU.
83 Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with cell and gene editing techniques, strong understanding of cell biology and gene expression regulation.
