Calix is a cloud and appliance-based platform and managed services company. Broadband service providers leverage the Calix broadband platform, cloud, and managed services to simplify operations, engagement, and service, innovate for their consumer, business. and municipal subscribers and grow their business and the communities they serve.
In 2010, the Calix China Development Center, known as "凯易讯"，was established in Nanjing Software Valley, located on the Software Avenue. We are a team of nearly 300 professionals specializing in software & hardware development, testing, supply chain management, and project management, etc. Our team members come from other renowned companies in the IT and Internet industries. We utilize cutting-edge technologies such as the latest chips, latest Wi-Fi/Optical technologies, cloud computing, network virtualization, cyber security, and AI etc. And we collaborate with global teams to develop core products.
As a member of the global Solutions Test Team, you will participate in the Solutions test and automation test projects.
Internship Duration
61The internship can start immediately after a successful interview
61Work 3-5 days every week
61The internship period is 6 months or longer
Responsibilities
61Work closely with senior engineers to set up test beds and maintain the test beds.
61Automate the test cases on the testbeds.
61Tracking tickets that you have found.
61Execute the automation test cases, analyze and maintain the test results.
61Complete other assignments as required.
Qualification
61Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027
61Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication or a related
61Available for an internship lasting 6 months or longer
61Knowledge of telecommunication protocols like TCP/IP
61Experience in Linux OS
61Experience in Python, Java, or data structures
61Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus
61Self-motivated, persistent, and a team player
Preferred Qualification
61Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Linux, Docker, VM, HTTP and Socket.
61Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
Allowance
61200-280 RMB per day, adjusted based on the internship stage and performance.
