【Responsibilities】
61 Be a team member of Project Management & Services Department.
61 Manage a medium-sized test team which may be multi-site.
61 Define and implement the overall test approach.
61 Apply different estimating methods to estimate timescales, effort and costs for the testing phases.
61 Assist to produce the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be utilized.
61 Manage a large testing capability, resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review and extended wellness.
61 Identify slippage and develop strategies to recover and will own and resolve issues around the technical solution delivered into the business test environment.
61 Ensure that all test phases have appropriate entry / exit criteria and for monitoring achievement of these criteria and for obtaining sign-off against these prior to Go Live.
61 Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting.
61 Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and to agreed Bank’s standards.
【Requirements】
61 University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
61 Minimum 5 years’ experience in test planning and strategies, system implementation or IT project management, preferably in the banking industry or banking related consultancy.
61 Good knowledge of banking operations on core products and services.
61 Test status reporting at both the detailed and executive level.
61 Solid experiences in having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale programs and enhancing existing test processes.
61 A strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practice.
61 Experienced in managing multi-sited teams is preferred.
61 Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably can speak and understand Cantonese.
61 Proficient in test management and automation tools.
61 Candidates with less experience may be considered as a Testing Specialist or Test Automation Specialist.
