What you'll need (Required)
-Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited university, 5 years years experience of full life cycle recruitment experience with direct experience recruiting in medical device, pharma or a related industry Required or
-Master's Degree or equivalent in in related filed, 3 years years experience of previous related HR experience Required

61 Proven experience in recruiting, assessing and presenting technical talent to various levels in an organization.

61 A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
61 Experience hiring sales people within a medical device / pharma environment.
61 Excellent planning and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple high priority projects effectively
61 in a fast-paced environment.
61 Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation.
61 Experience with TALEO and / or Workday.
61 Experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent.
61 Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance.
61 Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research.
61 Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
