Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
Administrative Support:
1.Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management team
2.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
3.Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Translation Services:
1.Translate documents, emails, reports, and other materials between English and Mandarin
2.Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, or conferences as needed.
3.Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and maintain the original tone and intent.
Communication and Coordination:
1.Act as a liaison between executives and external parties, including clients, partners, and vendors.
2.Facilitate cross-cultural communication and ensure clarity in all interactions.
Personal Assistant:
1.Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required.
2.Support the preparation of multilingual materials for meetings or events.
Confidentiality:
1.Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualification 任职资格:
1.Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
2.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
3.Strong translation and interpretation skills, with a focus on accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
4.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
