工作职责 General Responsibilities
订单管理数据支持
Extract and distribute daily reports (credit holds, non-released stock availability) to support customer service operations.
（提取并分发信用冻结报告、可分配库存报告等数据，支持客服团队日常订单管理）
订单流程效率优化
Develop order entry templates and track cycle time/accuracy metrics to ensure 24-hour turnaround.
（开发订单录入工具并追踪处理时效，保障24小时订单周转率）
质量监控与改进
Conduct manual order audits to identify errors and recommend training solutions.
（执行人工订单质量检查，识别错误并建议改进培训方案）
财务审计协同
Prepare shipping documents for finance audits and process consignment consumption invoices.
（整理运输单据供财务审计，处理客户上报的寄售库存发票）
系统测试与执行
Participate in testing new order management systems before implementation.
（参与新订单管理系统的上线前测试工作）
任职要求 Qualifications
教育背景灵活
Bachelor's degree preferred (final-year students acceptable), equivalent internship experience considered.
（本科学历优先，接受应届毕业生；相关实习经验可替代）
多任务处理能力
Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
（能在快节奏工作中高效处理多任务并保持准确性）
办公软件精通
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, PowerPoint presentations, Outlook workflows).

Strong communication skills for coordinating with finance, logistics, and customer teams.
