Key Responsibilities:
61 Implement and delivery Energy Management Systems (EMS) and IBMS projects
61 System Hardware Design include cross connection cabinets, IO assignment, Loop wiring and Network diagram.
61 Design and configure HMI and software applications ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
61 Develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for energy management, ensuring seamless integration with factory infrastructure.
61 Evaluate, configure, and maintain water, electricity, and gas metering devices, ensuring accurate data collection and monitoring.
61 Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software delivery, energy management, and system commissioning
61 Conduct thorough on-site assessments of energy consumption and electricity usage in factory environments, identifying opportunities for optimization.
61 Utilize and manage mainstream database systems to store, retrieve, and analyze data critical to energy management and system performance.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, HVAC, and automation engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
61 Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project delivery process.
Hands-on / Knowledge on the following software / domain:
61 Bachelor's and above in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines.
61 Strong understanding of factory energy-consuming systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, and other equipment.
61 Hands-on experience with energy consumption audits and electricity usage assessments in industrial environments.
61 Familiarity with water, electricity, and gas metering devices and their integration with energy management systems.
61 Solid knowledge of factory power grids and related electrical systems.
61 Knowledge in Linux-based software applications and system administration.
61 Knowledge with mainstream databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
61 Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software systems for energy management.
61 Good communication skill
61 English language skills on both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills:
61 Experience in the delivery of energy management or IBMS projects in an industrial setting.
61 Familiarity with industry protocols and standards in building and energy management systems.
61 Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and SCADA integration.
