Overall purpose:
Implement and maintain corporate salary and benefits management regulations in accordance with relevant laws, policies, and talent management strategies, and ensure its effective operation and continuous improvement. Responsible for salary calculation and payment, individual income tax calculation and declaration, benefits calculation and distribution, payroll budgeting and control, salary data analysis and statistics, data report production and submission, talent tax refund application etc. to meet the corporate salary and benefits management requirements.
1 Implement and maintain corporate salary and benefits management regulations, prevent potential risks and ensure that the work related to salary, benefits and individual income tax is executed in an orderly manner
2 Responsible for the calculation of salary, bonus, year-end double pay, subsidies, festival allowances, housing provident fund, enterprise annuity, maternity allowance refunds, party membership dues, labor union membership dues and social insurance contributions etc. as well as the payment of various salary items, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of salary calculation and distribution
3 Responsible for all kinds of salary adjustments, the collection and review of relevant documents and following up the approval process, carrying out the daily management work of personal and general salary adjustment; Communicate with the recruitment department and the employing departments to determine the salary level of new employees; Responsible for resignation and retirement settlement of salary and individual income tax
4 Responsible for individual income tax calculation and declaration, assisting employees in annual final settlement, conducting annual individual income tax planning as well as handling individual income tax business in tax bureau
5 Responsible for the statistics and analysis of salary, individual income tax and benefits data, the preparation and submission of daily reports, various cost accounting coordinate with finance department, the annual payroll budget application and control
6 Participate in projects such as salary system reform, external salary survey, enterprise annuity, supplementary medical insurance, individual income tax subsidy application in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, application for innovative talents, upgrading of salary, benefits and individual income tax modules in HR system, and improvement of working procedure
7 Collect and maintain salary calculation documents, and be responsible for input and maintenance of various information in salary, benefits and individual income tax modules of HR system
8 Answer employees’ questions about salary, individual income tax as well as benefits, and provide relevant support; Independently handle email inquiries and daily affairs related to salary, benefits and individual income tax from foreign executives
9 Responsible for salary confidentiality, archives management of salary, benefits and individual income tax related documents
10 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Major & Education:Full time bachelor or higher degree with professional knowledge in human resources, financial management, etc.
Job Experience:Priority given to candidate with experience in human resource management
English Skill:Good at both written & spoken English(CET-4 or above)
Computer Skill:Familiar with the office and financial software, such as Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, etc.
Qualification Certificate Requirements:Priority given to candidate with certificate of assistant human resource administrator, intermediate human resource administrator, and accountants
Other Requirements:Priority given to candidate with practical experience in employee salary management, benefits management, social insurance and housing provident fund management as well as individual income tax declaration and planning
