87 Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
87 Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as negotiating favorable contracts, consolidating suppliers, and optimizing procurement processes.

87 Tendering and Contracting Oversight:
1) Oversee the development and issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) by the direct reports.
2) Review and approve proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and award contracts.
3) Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including contract creation, execution, and renewal.
4) Oversee the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Qualification Required:

87 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement leadership role, sourcing, or supply chain management.
87 Proven track record in direct material procurement, including category management, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations.
87 Experience in leading and managing procurement teams.
87 Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, contracting, and supplier performance management.
87 Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
