We specialize in private label & license apparel, and we are a preferred supplier to major global retail chains and department stores.
Beconnected is currently looking for an assistant merchandiser to join our license team based in Shanghai. In this position you will work for a client to arrange the administration and documentation for pre-orders. This is in close cooperation with the team in Belgium.
Responsibilities
1. You will support teams performing a range of administrative tasks.
2. Work with several systems to update administration, documents and prices.
3. Communicate with the different departments to have a smooth process;
4. Help with general support tasks;
5. Making sure our own administration system & files are accurate daily.
Knowledge and skill requirements
61 Clear communication and detail orientation.
61 Preferably a background in textile.
61 Experienced in working with online systems from customers.
61 You can be self-supported in daily responsibilities
61 You are able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
