61 To provide effective HR support to the store and management team. You will be responsible for handling and managing all HR topics related to the staff in the store

61 You will be the partner of store manager Reporting line to HRM

61 Provide regular reports to the Store Manager and Regional HR Manager on the performance of the store regarding hours and productivity

61 Presence on shop floor to get to know the team and their potential and support the floor when needed

任职要求:
61 University Degree or Above.
大学本科及以上学历
61 Human Resources education is preferred
人力资源专业优先
61 High volume of managerial experience (more than 50 employees)
有管理大规模团队的经验(50人以上)
61 Speaks Mandarin and oral English
良好的中英文口语交流能力
61 Initiative to identify and solve problems and opportunities to be proactive
积极主动地发现和解决问题,主动寻找机会点
61 Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and training skills
良好的口头和书面沟通能力,善于人际交往和良好培训技能
61 Experience with MS Office systems
能熟练使用office办公系统
61 Experience in a flexible work mode retail environment would be advantageous 69
