70 Position Purpose:
Reporting directly to the China Marketing Manager with a dotted line to the Poltrona Frau Greater China General Manager for national coordination, the Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in managing advertising, communication, and marketing activities. The primary focus is on supporting dealers to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's market share in the luxury furniture business in alignment with the Company Brand standards. This role involves implementing integrated marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, evaluating new opportunities, and anticipating customer needs.
70 Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies in collaboration with the China Marketing Manager to achieve defined business objectives for Poltrona Frau and Ceccotti.
2. Daily coordination with the Head Office marketing team in Italy.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide insights on achieving annual sales targets.
4. Collect feedback, information, and sales data from dealers and the market for regular reporting activities.
5. Assist the sales team in implementing customized promotion plans.
6. Coordinate with vendors to provide necessary support to dealers.
7. Track and review the results of promotion/activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
8. Support the design and production of sales tools and materials.
9. Arrange the shipment of sales tools and materials to the sales team.
10. Coordinate and implement marketing programs to increase brand awareness, market share, and enhance dealer satisfaction.
11. Integrate online and offline resources, develop customized marketing activities based on customer needs and characteristics.
12. Translate marketing materials and manage sales tools effectively.
13. Plan and support marketing activities for Shanghai Direct-Owned Stores (DOS).
14. Support initiatives to improve the performance of social media platforms such as WeChat and RED.
15. Assist the China Marketing Manager in managing the marketing budget and ensure regular alignment with the headquarters.
16. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to contribute effectively to the success of Poltrona Frau's marketing efforts.
