Responsibility
1st contact window for Asia sales team, supporting PM and AM for product approval by key customers; Answer technical inquiry in tendering, product training and customer clarification; Support global PMs on new product development and VAVE.
1.Product Line Revenue
Work with sales to develop and implement marketing strategy, growth planning and portfolio review for assigned product lines and new product developments (incl advertising, merchandising and channels to market) in order to achieve product line revenue and growth targets.
2.Tender Support
Understand market requirement on TE products
Able to propose right product to customer specification
Provide technical clarification in tender and product application
Maintain supporting product document for tender and promotion requirement
Be able to present full TE Energy product solution
3.Product Approval
Support Country Sales for Product Qualification by Key customer
Coordinating with engineering team for customized solution
Support PM and Engineering for certification and qualification test
Coordinating TSE for trial installation
4.Customer Visit
Conduct regular customer visit in targeted Countries
Support sales team in key product promotion event
Provide product training to sales team, distributors
On site support for demo installation in new market entry
5.Routine Tasks
Support sales team on product selection; support PM on BOM / PCN finalization
Be responsible for PII creation and Packing list
Price win/loss analysis, contribute on cost-down initiatives
Coordinate and support on key project delivery when necessary
Requirements,
- Bachelor’s degree with utility relevant majors, such as electrical engineering, automation and HV& insulation technology, mechanical engineering,
- Knowledge on electrical netweek and power cable
- Can-do nature; winning spirit
- sense of responsibility, dirving result with time management
- open minded, enjoy team work, being inclusive and respecful to cross-function peers
