Summary
Work closely with sales to acquire order, responsible for technical solution and offer including Comau CNC promotion, line layout, process
and cycle time study, scope of supply, delivery time, sub-supplier consultation and cost estimation.
Duties and Responsibilities
· To present independently COMAU standard product to customer;
· To analyze independently customer RFQ and identify specific needs together with sales team;
· To clarify independently RFQ with customer;
· To clarify independently with customer for all technical requests;
· To create and present independently technical offer including process/cycle time, scope, layout etc.;
· To identify the technical limit and risk assessment of the scope;
· To consult outside suppliers and assure quotation quality and be competitive;
· To guarantee the technical offer competitiveness and quality based on COMAU policy;
· To support and review cost estimation in line with technical scope;
· To support sales or other company activity for technical clarification/presentation;
· To enhance the link together with the customer with sales team;

Qualifications (Education,
Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)
· Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering;
· At least 8 years’ working experience on metal-cutting business field with machine center knowhow, background on powertrain machining line including automation/fixture/cutting tool application, application engineering experience within European/Japanese machine center builder is preferred;
· Rich experience on aluminum components machining process/fixture/automation concept, including cylinder head/block, gearbox housing, electrical motor housing, is required;
· Strong experience on working with OEM car marker for metal cutting industry, experience on Tier1/2 customer pre-sales activities, is
a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
· Strong knowledge for turnkey scope including machine configuration, machining process/cycle time, fixtures, cutting tool, loading/unloading
device, automation system and part quality methodology, having knowhow about fixture structure is a plus;
· Global general knowledge for turnkey machining line is a plus, including auxiliary stations such as washer, coolant station, oil
mist collector etc.;
· Good knowledge for loading and logistics system is required, including conveyor/robot/gantry etc.
· Good skill with MS software and AutoCAD, and basic skill with 3D software such as Solidworks;
· Technical English reading and writing is required, oral speaking is preferred;
