1、Standardized work execution
- Standard work instruction design, release and implementation for operators in shop floor.
- Support the direct operator working according to standard to achieve stable output.
- Continuously improve the standardized work to achieve higher production maturity level.
- Coach the line leader/operator to lead CIP activities in shopfloor regarding the working according to standard.
- Provide training about standardized work in the training center to target group in the plant.
2、Perform ergonomic for shop floor work system
- Ergonomics check from planning, *** acceptance, regular check phase.
- Provide the solutions for machine designer in case deviations to guarantee comfortable station/line delivered to operators.
- Regular check and CIP for existing stations to improve the ergonomic pass rates.
3、Time data management
- Time data for each product type or family determination(MTM, Time study), maintenance for routing in SAP.
- Regular update based on P/N category analysis to ensure routing reflect the actual situation.
- Potential labor time reduction measures derivation and implementation to achieve sustainable product cost reduction.
4、CIP projects leading & execution in shopfloor
- Leading and coaching CIP project like cycle time, headcount, change over reduction to achieve sustainable direct productivity improvement.
- Standards of tracking process set up for indirect productivity and continuously improve it.
5、Plant layout management and planning
- Plant shop floor layout daily management to ensure station/line set up/relocation follow Conti rules.
- Seasonally next 5 years' layout planning and ensure the equipment set up smoothly to achieve lean material flow.
6、Production line/area CIP via Siemens simulation tool (Plant simulation)
- Verify the new production area/line design concept to prevent unknown problems before design concept frozen.
- Continuously simulation according to new input to improve the concept.
- Searching CIP potential and optimize the existed production area/line following lean rules.
职位要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
2、5+ years Industrial Engineering working experience.
3、Experience/Knowhow of layout planning for shop floor and skilled in AutoCAD software.
4、Familiar with IE theory and method (e.g., PDCA, ECRS, Time Study……).
5、Better to be familiar with the A3 logic and has CIP project promotion experience in manufacturing area.
