Key Responsibilities:
61 Assist in updating key topic calendar, monitor trendy topics and industry news on key media and develop weekly news report
61 Support to draft and edit content for social media and internal communication platform
61 Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and utilize AI tools to optimize content and communication planning
61 Support the development and execution of communication campaigns and projects: Internal communication platform migration and activation in China, Global Competence Center Opening, trade shows, EVP campaigns, media program, etc.
61 Assist in drafting meeting minutes, updating and filing communication documents
61 Assist in project management and tracking, payment process management
61 Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
61 Eager to learn, proactive and supportive working attitude is a must
61 Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
61 Ability to work independently and support as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
61 Currently pursuing or completing a bachelor/master’s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or English is a plus
61 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
61 Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, The Note, Tik Tok and etc.) and new digital tools
61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office or google apps (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
61 Video editing or multimedia content creation skills, knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
