Tasks
? Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration of accounts within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales Manager;
根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户;
? Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
? Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales Manager;实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
? Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。
? Undertake any other duties assigned.履行分配的其他任务。
Qualifications
? Sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered);
具有产品认证或系统认证方面的销售经验优先考虑,若没有相关行业经验,但具有丰富的销售营销和客户管理经验者,亦可作考虑;
? Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage;
在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
? Have successful working experience preferably with exposure to related Industry or equivalent.
具有成功的相关经验,优先考虑具有相关经验者。
? College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。
? Adequate knowledge of Quality’s business principles and sales methodologies;
熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法;
? Strong relational and sales skills;具有优秀的销售技巧;
? Good in Mandarin and English.
良好的普通话及英语表达能力。
? Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented).
具有商业头脑及以客人为导向的思维模式。
? Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
