Department: P&L- Logistics-Inhouse Logistics
Inhouse Logistics includes sub-projects, Line feeding and Factory Feeding. The 3rd industrial hub in China will include different manufacturing and assembly operations, including Chassis assembly, Cab Assembly, Bodyshop and Powertrain, with material flow and logistical setup to support these operations. The project is in the implementation-phase, and you will have a great opportunity to have an impact on the future of logistics for Scania in China. Your role and scope may vary over time according to the needs of the entire Inhouse logistics project.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
SHE
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Logistic Preparation to introduce new parts to new projects and process
Design warehouse layouts and process layouts
Design manning strategy.
Analysis of material stock levels and storage capacity
Design of material flows, processes, and supply methods
Investigate equipment to support automated and digitalized flows
Logistics Flows Simulation
Provide Gap analysis on Strategic Plan activities

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor degree in engineering

- Product knowledge

- MS Office 365
