工作内容:
1) Assist HR recruitment team to complete the talent search and screen work and support the recruitment team recruit potential candidate according to different position needs.
协助人力资源招聘团队完成人才搜寻和初筛工作,以支持招聘团队根据不同的职位需要招聘到潜在的候选人。
2) Participate and support human resources recruitment team through social media channels for the employer brand and recruitment marketing activities.
参与和支持人力资源招聘团队通过社交媒体渠道进行雇主品牌和招聘营销活动。
3) Participate the employer brand related brainstorming discussion and writing related
documents,in order to facilitate the communication with talent..
参与和雇主品牌相关的头脑风暴讨论,并撰写相关的文案宣传,以便于与人才的沟通。
4)Document filing and team administration
文件归档和团队行政工作
岗位要求:
1. 必须有残疾人等级证书
2. 1-2年以上人力资源助理经验
3. 踏实,认真,能够进行良好的对内外的工作沟通。
4. 大专以及上学历,能够操作电脑Office软件 ,会书面英语优先考虑。
