Job Description for Customer Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
Order Management: Timely process the order into system flawlessly and respond to customer within 48hours. Coordinate with internal teams to address delivery exceptions and avoid customer line down.
Customer Management: Assist sales to create customer master, establish and maintain good relationships with customer, understand customer needs and give internal team pre-alert. Continuously encourage customers to improve their ordering behavior.
Shipment Management: Timely arrange shipment per our commitment; for any unexpected delinquency, closely work with Supply Chain team to babysit the product until deliver and keep customer posted timely.
Payment Management: Assist finance department to collect payment timely from customer.
Customer Oriented: focus on customer satisfaction, deal with internal team on any customer complaints promptly.
Keen on data analysis: has the capability of data analysis to monitor demand changes, take proactive measures, and assist in operational forecasting.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or related fields.
- At least one year of work experience, with a preference for backgrounds in the semiconductor industry. Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered as well
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with good self-motivation and initiative.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, meticulous, and responsible.
- Adaptable, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, able to multitask and work under pressure.
